Chef Jamie Mammano
A CIA graduate, Chef Jamie Mammano quickly became known as one of the country's most highly-regarded chefs. As Executive Chef for the Four Seasons Boston, he catapulted its dining room, Aujourd'hui, to a #1 Zagat ranking in Boston. Seeking the next big challenge, Jamie partnered with Paul Roiff and Seth Greenburg and created Mistral, a French/Mediterranean bistro in Boston's South End. For the past 10 years, Jamie and Mistral have consistently garnered numerous accolades including "Top 25 New Restaurants” by Esquire Magazine, "Sexiest Bar” by Food & Wine, and five "Best of Boston” awards from Boston Magazine. Mammano embarked on his next venture with Mistral partner Paul Roiff in 2003 with the opening of Teatro, a stylish yet casual Italian-influenced bistro in Boston’s Theater District. In 2005, Roiff made Chef Mammano a partner in The Federalist, now Mooo.... a modern steakhouse inside the XV Beacon Hotel. The pair then opened Sorellina in 2006, offering regional Italian-Mediterranean cuisine with a modern twist. The newest endeavor is L'Andana, featuring wood-grilled Tuscan fare with the familiar level of exceptional food, service and ambiance that has become a trademark for the Columbus Hospitality Group.
