From her earliest memories of stirring Great Grandma’s Sunday Sauce, Sarah learned that in addition to a delicious dinner, a welcome environment is essential for a memorable meal. Honing these ideals at Boston University’s School of Hospitality Administration, Sarah excelled in restaurant management, balancing the needs of her guests with the goals of her team to ensure happiness, growth and success.
In 2013, Sarah accepted the role of Assistant General Manager and Lead Mixologist on the initial team of Frost Ice Bar in Fanieul Hall. Opening the entertainment venue and leading her team through unexplored “frozen” Boston terrain prepared her for various challenges; she was able to gain incredible experience which she brought to Teatro Restaurant in Fall 2015.
As General Manager, Sarah says she is “thankful for each opportunity to work with the warm, extremely knowledgeable Boston industry icons of the Columbus Hospitality Group.”
